By downloading, installing, or using Nepsis (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Nepsis is a remote terminal relay tool that allows you to control Mac terminal sessions from your iPhone or iPad in real time. The app connects to a daemon running on your Mac through a relay server.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nepsis. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Nepsis only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are solely responsible for all commands executed and actions taken through the app. You must not use the app to access systems you do not own or have authorization to use.
Nepsis does not require account creation. Pairing is done via temporary codes that expire after a few minutes. You are responsible for keeping your pairing codes and connected devices secure.
Nepsis and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Nepsis is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or unauthorized access resulting from commands executed through the app.
Nepsis provides direct access to your Mac terminal. Commands executed through the app have the same privileges as the user session on the Mac. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with remote terminal access.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
If you have questions about these terms, reach out via our feedback form or open an issue on GitHub.
